Once upon a time, one of our curators worked for a family that paid money for her to do their grocery shopping. This list is one of the lists that was provided to her, so that she would know what to get them.
So, this is sort of cheating, because it was not a list we found discarded. Yet, we thought we needed to include it anyways just as an example of what it means to be organized.
I'm sure you thought you were organized, but really. These people, back in the dot matrix era of 1991, were actually generating their list on a computer complete with what sizes to purchase and everything. A very humbling experience and an example to all of us that we could probably try just a little harder in life. [May 10, 1991]
