Mozart spent most of his youth in Salzburg, so you better believe they milk that for all its worth by mentioning Mozart whenever possible. This pen really has absolutely nothing to do with Mozart and instead has to do with a horse drawn carriage careening uncontrolably towards an innocent looking Tirolean lederhosen couple.
